Review Policy

1. Objectives

To ensures that only high-quality, original, and relevant research papers are accepted for presentation and publication at the conference through a transparent, double-blind peer review process

2. Review Process:

A. Submission Format Check:

• - Papers must comply with the ICAMC2025 template.
• - Automatic checks for:
  • - Length (e.g., 6–8 pages)
  • - Plagiarism (Turnitin/iThenticate; threshold: <10%)
  • - File format (PDF, Word)
  • - Anonymous content (for double-blind)

B. Double-Blind Peer Review:

• - Author and reviewer identities are concealed.
• - Each paper is reviewed by at least two to three independent reviewers with relevant expertise.

C. Review Criteria

Criteria	Description
Originality	Novelty of ideas and contributions to the field
Technical Merit	Soundness of methodology, rigor, and correctness of results
Clarity and Organization	Readability, logical structure, and completeness of the presentation
Relevance to Conference Scope	Fit with the conference tracks/themes
Significance of Results	Importance and potential impact of the research
References and Prior Work	Proper citation and positioning in existing literature

3. Reviewer Guidelines

• - Submit review within 2–3 weeks.
• - Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• - Clearly state acceptance recommendation:
  • - Strong Accept
  • - Accept
  • - Borderline
  • - Reject

4. Decision Making

• - Program Committee (PC) and Track Chairs moderate reviews.
• - Conflicting reviews trigger a meta-review or third reviewer.
• - Final decisions based on:
  • - Review scores
  • - Reviewer comments
  • - Topic relevance
  • - Available slots (if competitive)

5. Ethical Compliance

• - No simultaneous submissions.
• - Adherence to ethical guidelines.
• - Reviewers must declare conflicts of interest.

6. Author Notification

• - Decision email includes:
  • - Acceptance status
  • - Reviewer comments
  • - Revision instructions (if any)
• - Camera-ready version required after acceptance.

7. Post-Acceptance

• - Accepted papers must be presented.
• - No-show policy: Non-presented papers will not be published.

8. Publication

• - Papers published in official proceedings.
• - Indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, DBLP, etc.
